Benjamin Sheftall Eichholz
Benjamin Sheftall Eichholz is American attorney formerly practicing in Savannah, GA who was disbarred and jailed as a result of a federal conviction for obstruction of justice and the embezzling of employee retirement pension plans. Prior to his federal conviction, Benjamin Eichholz was suspended from the practice of law in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia in July 2006 for findings that he violated the rules of that court. Benjamin Eichholz was previously the owner of the Law Offices of Benjamin Eichholz, which was later changed to the Eichholz Law Firm. The law firm was notable for the use of actor Robert Vaughn for its TV commercials, with a tag line of, "Tell them you mean business." The law firm is currently owned by his son David Eichholz, who has been licensed to practice law in Georgia since May 2008.
