Elsie Hillman is a prominent philanthropist and Republican figure in Pennsylvania. Her husband Henry Hillman is the richest man in Pittsburgh and their foundation, the Hillman Foundation, is one of the most important foundations in the city. As a major donor and advocate, she helped elect every successful state-wide Republican win election in Pennsylvania for 30 years.
