The Red–Green Alliance is a socialist and green political party in Denmark. It is the most left-wing party in the Danish Parliament, agitating for socialist democracy in Denmark and internationally. The party's objective is the abolition of private property and the creation of a classless society based on the principles of democratic socialism, solidarity, and ecology. It is the only party in the Folketing that has a collective leadership, but Johanne Schmidt-Nielsen functions as the de facto leader of the party's parliamentary group.
