Ivan l moody

Ivan L. Moody, (born January 7, 1980) also known by the pseudonym Ghost, is the singer for American Heavy metal group Five Finger Death Punch from Sacramento, California. He had performed for several bands before settling down with FFDP (or 5FDP.) He also starred in The Devil's Carnival as The Hobo Clown. Moody performed with a few small bands before joining the industrial metal band Motograter in 2002. They released their self-titled album Motograter on June 24, 2003. They gained some mainstream success playing the second stage at Ozzfest 2003 and touring with bands like Korn, Disturbed, Marilyn Manson, Nothingface, Slipknot, Mushroomhead, and Killswitch Engage. Motograter went on a hiatus in 2006 but then Motograter played a one time re-union show in 2006 at the Delicious Rox Festival in which Ivan made it perfectly clear to fans and band members alike that he was finished with the band. Ivan also made songs with old roommates and family members, and they called themselves Black Blood Orchestra. Black Blood Orchestra got together a few years ago and wrote a handful of songs and recorded them with friends and family since 1994.

Motograter is an American nu metal band formed in 1995. They are best known for their homemade instrument, the "Motograter", designed with industrial cable and guitar pieces that creates a unique bass sound. The band is also known for painting themselves in a tribal style body paint for live concerts. Under the band's original line-up, they released two EPs, Hugh Chardon and Indy. Original singer, Zak Ward left the band in 2002, replacing him with Ivan "Ghost" Moody and released their so-far only studio album, Motograter in 2003. The band went under hiatus in 2005, played a one-time reunion show in 2006, until permanently reformed under a new line-up in 2008 featuring singer Michael "Angel" Woodruff. They released the EP, Pre-Release in 2009, and toured until the band's second split up in 2011. The band reunited again in early 2014.
