Nicholas Frayling Politician

Nicholas Arthur Frayling (born 29 February 1944) is the Dean of Chichester. Educated at the University of Exeter and Cuddesdon College, Frayling has lectured on inter-faith and political reconciliation. Formerly Canon Precentor of Liverpool Cathedral, he was appointed Dean of Chichester in September 2002.
