Peter Ticktin

Peter Ticktin (born February 1, 1946) is a Canadian-born American foreclosure defense attorney whose practice, The Ticktin Law Group, has offices in Miami, Deerfield Beach, Stuart, Orlando, Lake Mary, Tampa, and Sarasota, Florida. Its bases of operation is based in both the Deerfield Beach, Florida (where Ticktin and his family primarily resides), the Boca Raton areas. Its television commercials can been seen throughout the areas of its practice where offices are located, particularly throughout the state of Florida. Ticktin, who was born in the Bronx, New York, received his first law degree from The University of Western Ontario in London, where he had previously attended his undergraduate years and Medical School for one year, and where he was an active Minister of Public Relations on the University's Student Counsel and where he ultimately became the Chief of the Student Police Force. He began practicing law in Ontario, Canada, as a Barrister & Solicitor in 1972.
