Ricky steamboat

Richard Henry Blood (born February 28, 1953), better known by his ring name Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat, is a retired American professional wrestler. He is currently signed to WWE working as a road agent. He was one of the few wrestlers who stayed a babyface throughout his career. He is best known for his work with the American Wrestling Association (AWA), the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), World Championship Wrestling (WCW), and the World Wrestling Federation (WWF). In the NWA and WCW, he was a one-time NWA World Heavyweight Champion, a four-time United States Heavyweight Champion, a four-time World Television Champion, a twelve-time World Tag Team Champion (eight-time under the WCW banner, one-time (though unofficial) under the NWA banner, and three-time under the Mid-Atlantic banner), and a two-time Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight Champion. In the WWF/E, Steamboat was a one-time Intercontinental Champion and was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2009. While little is known about Steamboat's personal life, it is a known fact that he went to high school in New York. He was a two time New York State Wrestling qualifier.

The Big Event was a live professional wrestling event produced by the World Wrestling Federation on August 28, 1986, at the Exhibition Stadium in Toronto, Ontario. It drew a crowd of 74,000 fans, which was an outdoor attendance record at the time. This stood as an attendance record for a wrestling show until WrestleMania III. A VHS tape of the event was released later by Coliseum Home Video, with commentary by Gorilla Monsoon, Johnny Valiant and Ernie Ladd.

WWE Raw is a professional wrestling television program that currently airs live on Monday evenings on the USA Network in the United States and Tuesday mornings on Sky Sports in the United Kingdom.
